I was super frustrated as a teacher, five years into my career, that kids weren't getting help with what they really struggle with: self-esteem, emotional resilience and triggers for anxiety and depression.
I'd struggled myself at school and as a young adult with these issues and found solutions in dynamic mindfulness-based skills and techniques.
Now I've dedicated my career to help kids and adults transform their inner world and shape a positive new identity using principles of dynamic mindfulness that changed my life.
